What is Your Birth Vision?

What is your birth vision?  It will look different for every woman.

It might include dim lights, soft music, water, your mom's presence, an epidural, squatting, hugging your favorite pillow, or massage.  The options and choices are endless.

Being a visual person myself, I strongly believe that spending some time envisioning your ideal birth is very beneficial in preparing for childbirth.  It is something that may develop over time, as you learn, ask questions and become more in tune with your body.  It may bring up fears and anxieties surrounding birth that you didn't realize you had.  This gives you a chance to process those fears before you may have to face them.

My passion is helping women find their own vision, by providing information, resources and support, and then helping them make that vision become as close to a reality as possible.

"Birth is not only about making babies. It's about making mothers~ strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and believe in their inner strength"
